What's our process

Prior to evaluating prospective candidates, we confirm their adherence to regulations and verify the possession of the following necessary documents:

  • IELTS English test
  • Police clearance valid within 3 months
  • Tuberculosis test
  • Full employment history

After a successful candidate interview we’ll support with the following:

  • Travel arrangements
  • National Insurance (NI) registration
  • General Practitioner (GP) Registration
  • UK accomodation (if required)

Fees and Charges

  • Hartin & Lee Healthcare has the right to impose administrative fees that cover the costs associated with verifying documentation, providing practical training, facilitating adaptation, obtaining insurance for company cars, arranging accommodation, issuing ID badges and uniforms, conducting DBS checks, and other incidental expenses.
  • We’ll provide a Certificate of Sponsorship once all checks and candidate compliance have been verified.

  • We do not process Visa’s. Visa’s are processed and issued by the Home Office therefore the final decision lies with them. The process takes a minimum of 18 weeks as per Home Office guidelines.
